منصات توفر فرص عمل عن بعد للنساء التي لديها القاب اكاديمية ولا تريد الخروج للعمل في البيئات المختلطة، فهي من ناحية تريد افادة المجتمع والعمل باللقب الذي لديها وكسب المال (ولاننا في هذا الزمن وللاسف فان المراة تخرج لهذه البيئات لانه ليس هناك من يصرف عليها) ومن ناحية اخرى لا تريد ان تضحي بدينها من اجل العمل وتضييع الاعمار والاوقات لاجل ان تعيل نفسها، فليعمل المبرمجون على برامج تستطيع الاناث من القاب مختلفة تقديم مهاراتها وعلمها عن طريق برامج مختلفة لفئات مختلفة ويكون عن بعد مع ان يكون مع اجرة
