Do not write a full specification. Name the need and first outcome, then open a workspace you lead.
A starting point for your idea
- Who faces the problem? Describe one specific situation.
- How do they handle it today?
- What is the smallest useful result to try?
Example only: a local class organizer needs to know who confirmed attendance. Start with a clear list and participant confirmation, not a complete center-management system.
